[Q] Ok; I love your site - I want to sell my documents; what do I do next ?
[A] Well first you need an account - you can set this up by visiting the 'Contributor Login' section (which you can see on the bottom left of this page) and selecting the 'New Login' option. Once you have done this, you can enter your personal details and once complete, your account will be fully activated by us; you can then upload your products and start selling!

[Q] What is your cut ?
[A] Hey, you don't mess around with your questions, do you! Well let's be straight up about this - we are keeping the cost to you to an absolute minimum; our rate is that we shall take just 20% of every transaction - you keep the lion's share - 80% of all sales you make. For the 20%, we offer you state-of-the-art document security, an automatic payment and download system, the ability to advertise your lectures if that's what you do - and we'll cover the basic support issues a user might have in obtaining the download. In addition, we absorb the PayPal purchase costs.

[Q] How do I get paid ?
[A] Through PayPal. You'll need to set up a PayPal account in order for us to transfer funds to you. We intend to expand into other systems soon but for the time being, PayPal is the mechanism we are using exclusively. You can arrange to have an account set up by visiting: PayPal

[Q] I purchased a download from you but I didn't receive an mail telling me how I can download the file!
[A] Some ISP's do not accept email from automated servers. Often, the email may end up in your 'Spam' folder - if you are an AOL customer, try looking in there!
If you still cannot find any information on your download, send us a mail and we shall help. To do this, click here: support@magic-notes.com
We will answer your mails as soon as we possibly can, but we are based in the UK so sometimes timezones work against us; please be patient! In all cases, we aim to respond within one working day.
ISP's that reject automated emails do so in an attempt to reduce spam, this is great as it reduces all that junk mail, the downside is that 'automated' email from sites like ours will also be rejected, you may wish to mail your ISP and complain that mail you need to see is being rejected. It is your right to receive all the mail that you expect!
